We want you to be fully satisfied with your O'NEILL gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain items like swimwear and final sale products may have specific return restrictions for hygiene and clearance reasons.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
